Service is available throughout the Tampa Bay, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg areas. Locations outside a 50-mile service radius from Countryside Mall in Clearwater are subject to a $50 extended travel fee, plus $1 per additional mile

Appointments are intentionally unhurried and typically take one hour. This allows time for assessment, personalized care, and attentive monitoring - without feeling rushed. NAD infusions can last up to 4 hours based on tolerance

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services, subject to individual plan guidelines.

Payment is accepted via credit or debit card, HSA/FSA cards, Cash App, and cash at the time of service.

To accommodate scheduling and travel commitments, cancellations or reschedules made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a $50 fee. Cancellations or reschedules made within 1 hour incur a $100 fee.
